Sari Reisner, associate professor of Epidemiology at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, has always been interested in equity and social justice. Reisner is specialized in LGBTQIA+ population health, with deep expertise in transgender, nonbinary and gender diverse population health.

As the new chair of the Department of Health Behavior and Health Education, Hudson brings with him a profound passion for public health, deeply rooted in his experiences growing up in Detroit. He faced many adversities that would later shape his career in public health.
Samantha Greenberg, MPH ’16, is an assistant professor, researcher and the architect of the new Genetic Counseling Training Program at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. She has spent the past year and a half preparing for the first cohort of students who will take the program on its inaugural run.
Rachel Varisco, who earned a Master of Public Health degree in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, is a project evaluation manager/community engagement associate at the University of California-Irvine, where she is called on to fill many roles.
