2017 GLC Symposium

GLC Symposium 2017

Delivering on the Promise of Population Health

A dialogue at the intersection of leadership excellence, innovation and action.

Over 600 students, faculty, health care leaders and changemakers met over the course of the 3-day events. Thursday kicked off the start of the events, with a dinner at "The Big House" to celebrate and honor Professor Peter Jacobson, who retired this past summer. All dinner guests received a lovely keepsake that captured Professor Jacobson's wonderful likeness. On Friday, we heard from an incredible lineup of leaders and researchers in the field doing real population health work. Keynote speakers included Dr. David Nash of the Jefferson College of Population Health, Dr. Richard Gilfilan, Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Health, and Chris Allen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Authority Health and an HMP alum. Finally, we again met together for a fun Tailgate on Saturday prior to the UM vs. Rutgers game.

Thank you to our Sponsors!
