We are hosting an in-person event for National Injury Prevention Day on November 18th. Nationally, the theme is "Shine a Green Light on Injury Prevention Day."
Even within the public health community, we realize that not everyone is familiar with injury prevention. We would like to use this day to educate students about injury prevention and its role within public health, and promote opportunities offered through the Injury Prevention Center, such as our internships and certificate program.
The event is free and open to all. Lunch will be provided. We hope you can join us!
