Suzanne M Cole, PhD

Dr. Cole teaches several core nutrition courses in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the School of Public Health. She currently teaches community nutrition, nutrition assessment, and maternal and child nutrition. In addition to teaching residential courses, she teaches an online maternal and child nutrition course for the Population and Health Sciences online MPH program at the School of Public Health. Dr. Cole also engages with community partners facilitating nutrition and public health volunteer opportunities for NS students.
