The Sanger Leadership Center invites you to apply for the Ross Leaders Academy (RLA), a devoted group of students who want to develop the mindset and skills needed to be impactful leaders at U-M and beyond. As an RLA fellow, you will learn from a diverse set of peers from across the university, receive 1:1 and group coaching, and engage with powerful research and ideas about leadership.
