Looking to find a bit of peace during these long winter days? Come hang out and spend some time reflecting and connecting with nature. Dr. Joseph Rizzo will lead a relaxed, open-ended activity geared at engaging with the stillness and restorative aspects of winter. We'll explore the relationship between the natural rhythm of the season and our own internal patterns of self-reflection. This event will take place indoors at the Reader Center and is open to all SPH students. We hope to see you there!
