Many people come to public health because of their commitment to service, evidence, and impact. When systems feel stuck, that clarity can blur. This session helps participants reconnect to their core values and translate them into practical action. Together we will explore how to act with integrity, make decisions with care, and lead from any seat. Objectives: reconnect to personal and professional values as anchors during uncertainty, examine adaptive leadership as a tool for influence without authority, and reflect on moral tension and how to stay aligned within constraint Participants Will: map their sphere of influence and identify where they hold real power, practice using values as filters for decisions and relationships, and learn how to navigate the gap between institutional aspiration and lived reality. Outcomes: increased confidence in applying values-based decision making, clearer boundaries and self-awareness about what can and cannot be controlled, and renewed sense of purpose and meaning in daily work.
